I know it’s past Women’s Day already, but I’ll be here to celebrate us lovingly, bravely, and respectfully. I know it isn’t easy standing here with all the prejudices and judgments. Throughout the ages, women weren’t the social beings that are normal. We had made-up stories written about how life is supposed to work, what kind of house we should make, was it love that made us behave, or was it our feminine side that was acting up? All the questions were left unanswered. If you talk too much, you become invalid. Showing empathy means you’re mentally ill. Having a baby leads to your downfall or happiness. You can decide which one is better, but they’ll be the ones who speak about your current situation. I love my girl’s day, but they say girly things are overrated. When you are confident, you want boy validation so much that you kind of kill the other girls. Being a woman isn’t easy; breathing as one is a lot harder, and, socially, living as a woman would make you try to unalive yourself for the tenth time in your head. But women are veryveryvery beautiful; you want to be them so badly. They are gorgeous, forgiving, brave, and kind in every shape. Their soul is pure, and they treat life tenderly; they value life so much. That’s the reason why they have started making changes to comfort people. They worked hard so their names would be known and their ideas would be eternal, but mostly so their loved ones would never have to suffer and hate the world. I love women. I love their brains, their bodies, precious compliments, their favourite drinks, and lists of makeup recommendations. I love their tasty meals and their will to soften reality. I love my women as they are.
